Outgoing, experienced Marketing Executive required.

My Client

My client is a very friendly, family run business based near Reading who have been established for the last 50 years providing a wide variety of everyday products into schools, care homes, educations and hospitality as well as many other sectors. They are truly the nicest bunch of people you could ask to work with.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive who has a flare for design. Experience as a Market Executive is a must but personality is just as important.

This is a longer term Maternity cover role which we anticipate will run until January 2023

The role and duties of a Marketing Executive

Experienced and confident in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) to produce artworks such as brochures/leaflets/social media images

Working with Sales and Marketing leadership to design long term and short term marketing strategies.

Produce promotional/seasonal literature and distribute through all marketing channels

Experienced in creating videos including promotional and tutorials (using Premier Pro)

Updating, managing and scheduling social media platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube (posts, enquiries, reporting)

Proficient in GoogleAnalytics

Creating campaign content via HubSpot and maintain GDPR compliant marketing database

High attention to detail to ensure all literature and product livery is proofed and branded correctly

Developing and managing the internal and external communications content calendars, keeping them up to date and relevant

In-house company updates

Basic use of HTML coding to update our website with graphics and creating landing pages/forms (via HubSpot) for marketing campaigns i.e. announcements/product launches

Support the Sales Team with Tenders

Oversee production and distribution with print and design to ensure consistent brand presence.

Update email signatures in line with marketing calendar

Work with Sales & Marketing leadership to ensure the delivery of campaigns and to help increase brand exposure both online and print

Take the lead on organising event attendance including giveaways, collateral, stand design, demosetc

To provide quality control and assurance on all aspects of content published (courseware, video, podcasts, surveys, newsletters, forums)

Communicating with the Managing Directors, Sales & Marketing Team and wider business to develop and enhance team approach methods

Ensuring that all aspects of Health and Safety procedures are adhered to within the office perimeters

Adhere to any reasonable requests which are of benefit of the business and the sales and marketing team


At least one marketing qualification; CIM, HND, foundation degree or degree. Previous marketing experience is essential.
