Are you dedicated, passionate and bright individual seeking to support gifted and under performing children in their STEM subjects.

A friendly primary school located in Reading is recruiting a teaching assistant role who specialises in STEM subjects. The primary school aiming to fill the vacancy before the end of term so applicants need apply ASAP and be readily available for interviews. Applicants must have a great background in core subjects, English Literature or Mathematics graduates are desirable. As a STEM teaching assistant you will be responsible for supporting children with their literacy and numeracy and offer one to one sessions for under performing pupils who are struggling to complete learning assignment.

Daily Rate Ranging From £65-£80
Potential Teacher Training From September 2022What we are looking for;

Candidates who are enthusiastic and patient
Works well within a team and is flexible
Level 3 and higher
Graduates desirable
Good education background (GCSE's in Maths and English C or above)
Great communication skills
At least three months experience working with children The school is accessible via public transport and offers onsite parking

Teaching assistants must have a minimum of three months experience working with young children. Applicants must be energetic, passionate and enthusiastic about their input into a child's education.
