Business Studies Teacher, Washington:

Schools Mutual Services are looking to recruit a Business Studies teacher for our partner school in Washington, to start from September 2021. The schools within the Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust are calm and ordered and there is a culture of mutual respect. Whether you are a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have been qualified for years, this is an excellent chance to gain experience in calm and respectful schools.

The Role:

Working in an Ofsted 'Good' Catholic school, this role requires the confidence to plan and deliver History lessons in line with the National Curriculum to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. Child safeguarding is an important element of this job.

Essential Requirements:

This role requires a QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or for you to be an NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) and you must also hold a current update registered DBS (or be willing to undertake a DBS application). It is essential that you have recent experience, where you are able to obtain relevant references. You must have a right to work in the UK, and should be able to commute to and around the Washington and North East area. You must be able to be flexible.
