PE Teacher, Washington:
Schools Mutual Services are looking to recruit a PE teacher for our partner school in Washington, to start from September 2021. Working in an Ofsted 'Good' Catholic school, this role requires the confidence to plan and deliver PE lessons in line with the National Curriculum to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. Child safeguarding is also an important element of this job.
This role requires a QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or for you to be an NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) and you must also hold a current update registered DBS (or be willing to undertake a DBS application). It is essential that you have recent experience, where you are able to obtain relevant references. You must have a right to work in the UK, and should be able to commute to and around the Newcastle and North East area. You must be able to be flexible.
