Due to continued growth, we have a newly created role for an experienced Management Information Team Leader to join us on a permanent basis.
You'll support the Head of Account in transforming Arcus into a data led company, by developing reports and undertaking analysis so we are able to provide efficient and cost-effective FM delivery to our clients. You'll be leading the MI processes and providing value-add reporting ensuring we are making effective decisions for Arcus and our clients.
You'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the MI team, consisting of approx. 10 direct reports. You'll ensure the team are meeting the ongoing requirements of the business, delivering resource efficiencies with the introduction of new contracts and clients. You'll manage all aspects of the system-based reporting, delivering easy-to-use tailored reports that will minimise effort and facilitate informed decision-making. You'll support the delivery of the business plan including the migration of reporting from Excel to MS Power BI and other advanced reporting tools, developing machine learning prediction models to deep analytics providing customer insight.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have had extensive experience of systems, data, and reporting analysis. You'll ideally have managed, coached, and mentored a team within a similar fast-paced environment. You'll have the ability to see the initial data requirements and take it from virtual data and transform and translate into a simple easy to understand report for Arcus and our clients.
You'll be self-motivated, proactive, tenacious, diligent and a real problem-solver. You'll have high level of attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You'll currently be working within a similar fast-paced MI role.
This role is predominately office based but there is flexibility for a hybrid model. You'll be working Monday - Friday across 40 hours a week and therefore flexibility is required.
* Salary: up to £40k (dependent on experience).
* 4% bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
