Teaching Personnel are looking for an aspiring teacher to work within a secondary school from September, in the position of a Teaching Assistant. This will be a full time contract that will start from September 2021 for the ful academic year.
Role and Responsibilities:
Supporting the teacher with the delivery of the lesson
Managing behaviour and engaging students with their own learning
Prior experience working with SEN children
An understanding of how to engage and support children's learning
Confident in leading small groups (desirable)
Able to push students to close learning gaps
