We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Front End Web Developer to join this exciting digital agency in Berkshire. The agency has an impressive client portfolio and pride themselves on creating long term, positive digital impacts for the brands they work with, many of which are huge household names. The team are happy to consider full remote working for this position, with occasional travel to the Berkshire office. The experience we need.

At least 2 years' commercial experience in a Front End Web Developer position, working on public facing interactive websites in an agency environment.
Front end coding experience writing clean and well organised HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6), as well as mobile-first responsive web design.
Ability to debug and resolve issues.
Bonus points for experience using React JS and Redux (or similar frameworks), CSS preprocessors, and/or agile management tools (Trello/Asana/Jira).
A meticulous eye for detail, great communication skills, and your finger on the pulse of emerging industry trends.

The role.

This is a technical based opportunity which will work to support the wider team in creating the best digital experiences for the agency's clients. Responsibilities will include:

Building polished, responsive UI and developing new user-facing features.
Developing CSS/HTML/JS tests which manipulate the Document Object Model to run experiments that inform data-based decisions. Providing accurate timings and estimates.
Developing scalable, flexible, and reusable components.
Occasionally building cross-client HTML emails.
