An amazing opportunity for an LPC or Law Graduate offering blue sky career progression and qualification journey through training contract or CILEx | CLC.

Due to expansion an ambitious LPC or Law Graduate is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a friendly and supportive law firm based 10 miles south of the City of York, offering a route to qualification for the successful candidate. Applications are invited from LPC and Law Graduates, ideally with upwards of 6 months Conveyancing experience who are motivated to advance their careers in modern law environment and build out their know how alongside experienced lawyers. Salary is upwards of £18,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. Full training and development provided.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Assistant will join a busy, friendly firm supporting the running of a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Subject to skill set, day to day duties will include assisting with file set up, sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, and the raising and checking of searches. Legal Assistants will benefit from a structured internal training programme and work closely with experienced team members.

Applications are invited from ambitious LPC and Law Graduates who are looking to build out their Residential Conveyancing know how and work hard to attain a legal qualification. The successful candidate will ideally possess at least 6 months Conveyancing experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment but knowledge and skills gained in another legal field will also be considered. Good academics essential as is a positive mind set and can do attitude.
