2nd Line Support Engineer - £28K- WORK FROM HOME - MSP
Skills: Windows OS's, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, SharePoint, Networking Skills, VMware, Project Management.
An established Managed Service Provider based in Manchester are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer that will work as an accomplished member of a team and that can confidently provide incident investigation, root cause analysis and who is keen to progress into a 3rd line position.
The role is 100% home working with a small potential view to returning to a split of office/home work in the future.
You will have a key sense of how to assess the priority of an incident and how to troubleshoot a case.
Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
**Windows OS'S, Server and Exchange
**Networking Skills TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
**Office 365 (Please apply if you have any experience)
**Microsoft Azure Skills
**Skills with VMware environments
In this role, there is also the opportunity to progress into a 3rd line role.
