A reputable client of ours is now looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their close-knit IT department. The role will primarily involve providing technical support to users (including hardware, software, phone systems and infrastructure), responding to incoming queries and maintaining/upgrading systems.
The successful applicant should have at least 1 years' experience in a similar position, strong communication skills and be able work effectively in a team or independently.
Technical knowledge should include some of the following:
Active Directory, Group Policy
MS Office Suite including 365
Basic Networking troubleshooting
