An established company are now looking for a Service Desk Supervisor to join them based on their Exeter office. You will supervise and develop the work of the Technical Support Team including carrying out Probationary Reviews, Professional Performance Reviews, Team Reviews.
This is a hands-on role and would be ideal for someone who has previous experience in a Team Lead capacity or for someone with strong IT Support skills who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
To collect, analyse and report evidence of the performance of the technical support service according to systems and standards agreed with the ICT Manager.
To contribute to the planning and execution of equipment deployment projects and routine maintenance as required by the ICT Manager
To devise, as required by the ICT Manager, procedures, quality standards and levels of service and to ensure that the work of the Technical Support Team adheres to these
Skills and Experience Include:
PCs Hardware, Software applications, Telephony
Experience in budget planning and costing
Good understanding of GDPR regulations
The successful applicant needs to have a full UK driving license. Access to the company pull car can also be provided. The successful applicant must be confident in leading others and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
