A leading company in the professional services industry are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join their Leeds team on a permanent basis. As an IT Support Analyst, you will join a busy and dynamic Service Desk team, providing the first point of contact through to resolution support for technical issues. You will need to have excellent communication skills, work well within a team and be able to explain technical terms to non-technical users.
Summary of the Role:
Receive, log and respond to support requests through the Helpdesk system.
Manage and support IT systems and networks to ensure that they are working at optimum efficiency.
Provide technical support to end-users and escalate any issues as required for 2nd and 3rd Line teams.
Support with desktop software maintenance, including reinstallation, configuration and upgrades.
Set up new users and computer accounts.
Assist with new hardware installations.
Skills/Experience should include:
Experience in a similar 1st or 2nd line support role
Knowledge of Office 365
