Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Community Psychiatric Nurse Duty Worker (RMN/CPN/SW/OT) Band 6 to join the Community Mental Health Team based out of Hillingdon in London. The role is Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The role of the Duty worker is assessment of new referrals into the teams, answering incoming duty queries, carrying out risk reviews and feeding back to the wider MDT with recommendations based on service user need. The CMHTs are multidisciplinary teams, comprising of nurses, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, employment specialists and peer support workers. The teams are supported by good administrative systems and offers an excellent working environment. The teams have good links with local statutory and non-statutory services and work closely with our colleagues at The Riverside Centre at Hillingdon Hospital.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £27.00 - £29.00 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
