Seven Resourcing are looking for an interim Trainer to work with the Finance and Business Services, Training and Online Learning Service in Norfolk. This position is initially for a period of 12 months and is paying £15.81 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company).

The role:

To design, build, promote, deliver, assess and evaluate high-quality training and online learning to staff and governors working in schools and academies throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deliver and evaluate high-quality training and online learning to school staff and governors to support improvement.
Carry out formal assessment of candidates in accordance with laid down performance criteria; to plan and programme the assessments to ensure they are carried out in a timely and efficient way.
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that training and online learning designed and delivered is accurate and fit-for-purpose. Produce promotional material in order to maximise training attendance and promote the use of online learning.
Identify training needs to support the future development of the service.
Provide evaluation reports to assess customer satisfaction and support the future development of training and online learning.
Prepare course delivery schedules and organise training events.
Undertake any other such duties as may be required within the general character and level of the post.
Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: CIPD Certificate in Training Practice qualification or equivalent. Level 3 Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance or equivalent.
Experience: 1+ year of post-graduate experience within a similar role.
Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. References.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
