Are you an experienced NPD Manager looking to take end-to-end accountability for multiple NPD launches across EMEA, working with Operations, R&D, Technical, and Regulatory teams across multiple geographies?

My client, one of the most exciting and rapidly expanding FMCG businesses in their space, are investing massively in their NPD capabilities across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

From day 1 you will have a huge responsibility and be able to build key relationships across internal and external stakeholders

The NPD Commercialisation Manager's core responsibilities will include:

End to end project accountability for multiple NPD launches within EMEA in conjunction with Operations, R&D, technical specialists, supply chain and third-party manufacturing sites.

Commercialising innovation developed in the US HQ for the EMEA markets, including timeline management, risk management, status reporting and clear communications.

Owning the central and local NPD commercialisation relationship with relevant Coca Cola Bottlers, through leadership of the bi-weekly commercialisation calls focused on introduction of new upcoming projects to the NPD plan and latest status on existing projects that require intervention.

Build effective relationships with all key stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure engagement leading to project delivery and maximizing the NPD opportunity.

Project Management Expertise Required:

End to end management of a portfolio of NPD projects into 80+ EMEA markets.

Use an established process to develop robust project plans and manage them to strict in market dates, mitigating risk, communicating progress and ensuring consistent accurate, well documented information.

Analyze cause and effect of NPD delays, suggesting suitable mitigations, effectively escalating and rapidly communicating to NPD and commercial stakeholders.

Participate in internal NPD meetings as well as lead daily calls with project specialists to ensure proper process, and information sharing.

Adherence to Monster Project management tools and processes to ensure consistent accurate, well documented information.

Lead scoping exercises during project establishment, considering technical and commercial requirements.

To contribute to continuous improvement of department WoW and processes in order to further department effectiveness and deliver strategy.
