Job Details

I am working with a specialist financial services company based near Watford who need a Reporting / BI Developer to join a well set team to help maintain, develop their data warehouse and then automate reports for the senior Leadership team. They are going through a big growth period after a fairly quiet 2020 and this is just one role open at the moment.

They are in tech tracks top 100 companies to work for here in the UK and are doing extremely well as a business due to their unique USP.

They are doing a quick 2 stage interview process and offering a salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum + benefits.

The Role:

Develop and Maintain the clients SQL start schemas
Develop sophisticated and complex reports in support of business user requirements
Test and Cross validate reports for accuracy
Monitor and develop BO Data Services ETL jobs to maintain enterprise data warehouse
Develop effective reports using Business Objects that summarise information and provide the business with actionable data driven insights
Produce and support periodic reporting for the business.
Skills:

Good understanding of the design and creation of SQL Scheme databases
Strong SQL skills
Highly proficient with MS SQL and MySQL
Experience with Business objects, SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI
Experience developing ETL processes from Multiple data sources
Experience with Data Warehousing
Excellent data modelling skills
Strong with Excel
Experience with SAP would be very useful
They are looking at commencing interviews as soon as possible and as a reminder its offering a salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum and a quick 2 stage interview process

This role is going to be part remote and part on site due to the complexity of the product
