Java Developer

Milton Keynes

Salary - Up to £65,000

TEC Partners are working with an exciting software company specialising in software solutions within the public sector. They are looking for a new Software Developer to join their team and help with the development of their innovative and exciting products. Their products concentrate on the logistics of public sector industry and once you know more about it, you'll hear how important and essential their software is in our day to day lives.

In this role, you would be help to develop, design, implement and test new and existing features of their current and new components of their product over its front and back end functions.

This client is a forward thinking business, offering strong and competitive benefits, which include remote working (long term). They are always looking improve their services and react to their clients, so they are looking for employees who are constantly looking to learn and improve.

To be considered for this role, the essential skills & experience required are:

- Commercial experience using Core Java

- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, PostgresSQL)

- Strong understanding and commercial us of Spring/SpringBoot

- Strong communication skills

- Ability and hunger to learn and develop within a collaborative team

Additional experience, which would be beneficial:

Experience with Web-Application technology (They use Angular)
Hibernate ORM understanding/experience
Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Maintenance and Construction)
