PRS Southampton are looking to recruit a Site Account Manager to be based on a highly prestigious site in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the all the operations on a large Account/Site overseeing the team, the main liaison with the client, technical compliance on an M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Maintenance contract as well as the operational management.

Account Manager duties will include

Strong communication skills as well as attention to detail
The ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good IT Skills
Knowledge and familiarisation of Technical Memorandums
Keeping internal data bases up to date
Familiar with CAFM systems
Accredited courses such as NEBOSH General, and Internal Auditor training supplemented by experience gained whilst working in similar position
Co-Ordinating all internal audit and compliance processes (ie RAM's), monitor the progression of recommended actions, provide practical advice to all staff on compliance related issues
Identify where training on compliance guidelines are required
Staff recruitment
Client Debt management.
Take responsibility for reviewing and updating internal processes / SOP's
Frequent auditing of FM controlled areas
Out of hours support for the on call team via escalation process
Site Account Manager required qualifications;

Formal Mechanical, or Electrical background to minimum Level 3
Required: NEBOSH general certificate
Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role
