An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing & Communications to join our team for a 12 month fixed term contract as maternity cover.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing Nottingham Hospital Charity's marketing communications and digital content strategy as part of our new post-COVID Development Strategy.
We are looking for a natural and enthusiastic leader, who will have responsibility for leading and working with a high-performing team to deliver a work programme that includes developing and delivering a multi-channel communications strategy, building new communities and providing greater fundraising engagement.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, the post-holder will support the development of new Appeals and existing fundraising campaigns by developing content that engages audiences and drives revenue, as well as proactively building and managing the brand and improving the understanding of what Nottingham Hospitals Charity does across a wide range of audiences.
With experience of working in a complex environment, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will possess excellent inter-personal skills, a high level of determination and an ability to positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
