At Barnardo's we're looking to recruit an experienced Digital Engagement & Communities Manager who will be part of our Digital Content & Engagement team.The purpose of the role is to lead on digital engagement campaigns, stakeholder management and the planning and delivery of organic Social Media content for Barnardo's to engage with key audiences in line with our business objectives .Your key responsibilities will be:* Plan and manage integrated and innovative digital engagement campaigns across own and earned digital channels.* Deliver an effective Social Media strategy, taking into account the channel-specific requirements , our business objectives and audiences.* Write, edit and track all organic social media content, working with colleagues to ensure full comms integration and consistent tone of voice.* Engage with our audiences on social media channels ensuring best-practice community management .* Develop an approach for engaging micro-influencers on social media , and deliver regular influencer campaigns.* Track and report on the effectiveness of social media content and digital engagement campaigns, as well as optimising for ongoing improvement .When completing your application please refer to your skills knowledge and experience in relation to the Person Specification , Job Description and Additional Information document.
