Take the leading role in growing this passionate and evolving charity
Cransley Hospice Trust funds hospice care for the north of Northamptonshire, raising money so that patients, families and carers can be supported when someone has a life-limiting illness and needs expert help. All our services are provided free of charge for our local community. Our expert team provides care and support in the place you most want to be whether this is your own home, care home or in the hospice.
We're proud of the work we do and want it to continue. That's why as we care for people today, we're also planning for the future. We have an exciting vision to build a new hospice for the 21st century.
We have come a long way, but we have big ambitions to grow our impact as we aim to increase income from £1m to £2m over the next five years, including a capital campaign. We are now looking for a forward thinking, Chief Executive to work with our staff, trustees and other key stakeholders to lead this next stage of our development.
We want a leader with vision, someone who will work collaboratively with external stakeholders, with experience of lobbying and campaigning across multiple stakeholders, locally and nationally. You will come with an understanding of, and commitment to, the hospice movement, and a proven track record of formulating and implementing organisational strategy and design. Excellent financial management experience and experience of securing income from contracts, fundraising and grants is needed. Your substantial leadership experience will be coupled with an ability to be hands-on and your collaborative, inclusive and involving approach will empower and motivate our dedicated team.
We encourage applications from all backgrounds and are committed to having an organisation that is made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.
This is a wonderful role to take Cransley Hospice Trust onto the next level. We want to attract leaders who are brave, curious and bold, are solution focused and forward thinking and genuinely excited by the prospect of realising our further potential.
