Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to spend the next 3 months working on a British Overseas Territory. This is a unique opportunity, and one not to be missed!

The bulk of the work will see the Personal Injury Lawyer undertake a caseload of matters, including some clinical negligence matters. The successful candidate will have experience of running their own caseloads, including:

  • Good working knowledge of civil proceedings, including clinical/medical negligence
  • Good communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems especially Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Experience in Judicial Review proceedings is desirable

The role will be based on the island and you will be a salary, plus living allowence to cover the costs of your stay. Flights will also be provideed.
