With overall responsibility for managing finances, developing human resources and protecting their assets; you will manage, motivate and lead a team of dedicated staff and volunteers enabling the charity to grow and develop as a nationally recognised award-winning organisation.
By raising quality levels throughout the organisation you will be instrumental in supporting the organisation to deliver excellent services to some of the most vulnerable members of our society.

Salary range: £31,512 per annum (+10% Pension after successful completion of probationary period)
