Qualities we look for;
Background in production/maintenance team leadership roles within FMCG environment (multi departments, manufacturing processes, etc.).
Glass manufacturing knowledge is desirable.
Engineering qualification or degree is beneficial
Track record of improvement projects using Continuous Improvement techniques.
Proven record in people performance management with evidence of building, managing and motivating successful teams on a large scale, shift working operation.

To plan, organise and supervise Cold end machine equipment maintenance with the human and material resources available, adhering to established rules and procedures in order to guarantee the systematic improvement of the process and higher efficiencies both in quality and quantity, as well as ensuring and promoting adherence to HSE standards
Organise and supervise CE maintenance staff tasks and operations in order to carry out the necessary preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance of the plant equipment under his/her supervision.
Organise and supervise Cold End job change teams aligned with production plan.
Analyse lifespan of CE equipment and plan the relevant maintenance activities whilst ensuring there is enough stock available.
Ensure there is always spare parts in the workshop for the relevant maintenance activities to be carried out, adhering to the established maintenance schedule.
Analyse and verify correct fitting of equipment to CE machines
Coordinate relevant actions to rectify inspection deviations, implementing relevant corrective actions.
Develop relevant technical instructions to carry out maintenance activities.
Participate in technical meetings with other members of the team, to coordinate and optimise processes leading to results improvements
Daily analysis of shift report data and implementation of relevant corrective actions on detected deviations.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, on time and in full.
Develop relevant documentation for Job Changes using CDM.
Create an appropriate working environment, as well as managing team discipline and resource, seeking support, if necessary, from other teams/team members, acting as spokesperson for the team.
Guarantee effective induction and on boarding for new team members, as well as ongoing training for existing employees, both in operational/technical and compliance/HSE subjects.
Supervise people within the work area ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with HSE and hygiene policies, operational procedures and regulations, acting upon any deviation detected and escalating issues as and when needed
