Are you an experienced Carpentry/ Joinery Lecturer looking for a new role for the upcoming academic year?
One of CER's client colleges based in Guernsey is searching for an enthusiastic and innovative lecturer who will be required to take an important role in the delivery of Carpentry and Joinery. This includes full time, apprenticeship, 14-16 school partnership and part time curriculum provision and will involve the coordination and teaching delivery for a range of carpentry and joinery qualifications covering levels 1 to 4, non certified courses and curriculum entitlement for full time students.
*This role is available to any candidates who fits the requirements below- travel to and from Guernsey as well as accomodation will be compensated. This role may finish at October Half-term or Christmas break
Ideally you will have:
Relevant professional vocational qualifications and vocational experience in carpentry and joinery. Maths and English qualifications at level 2. A teaching qualification at level 5 or above (or willingness to work towards). QTLS status (or willingness to work towards). Experience of delivering innovative, enriching and vocationally relevant programmes to fully engage learners.Some of the benefits working with CER:
