Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Inputting invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Dealing with payment and invoice queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Maintenance of petty cash
The ideal candidate will have some prior experience within finance or have accounts payable knowledge. It is essential the individual is hard working and driven towards having a long term career in finance. Competent Excel skills are required as well as attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
