We are recruiting Analysts with some initial experience to work within the FMCG sector to provide our clients with timely and insightful market and consumer insight analysis. We work with some of the largest brands and companies in the world, helping thousands of companies, government organisations, and industry professionals make faster, better informed, decisions based upon our analysis and data.

Our Headquarters are in London, but we also have offices in Manchester and Basingstoke and are currently all working remotely

What you will do

* Work largely independently to research and produce accurate, high quality analysis

* Author syndicated and bespoke analyses for clients that require minimal review

* Demonstrate expert insight in your analysis of the either the Consumer Goods, Foodservice, and Consumer Goods Packaging sectors

* Work as part of a team to ensure content is produced to meet deadlines

* Work with our marketing communications team to develop and grow relations to deliver thought-leading insight and analysis to the media

* Assist our sales teams on client demonstrations and sales pitches

What you will bring to the table

* Professional experience of producing analytical work - which could include market modelling, manipulating and analysing data, delivering strategic insight or similar

* A curious mind about the consumer industry and the tenacity to effectively research emerging trends and issues

* Self-motivation with the can-do attitude to take on new challenges

* Strong communication and presentation skills to confidently present analysis

* A clear understanding of how macroeconomic issues, industry issues and demographic trends affect consumer markets and consumer spending

* Proven analytical abilities - being able to demonstrate the effective research, synthesis of findings and communication of compelling insights

* Confidence in working with numbers and manipulating them

* Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines

* Excellent written English

* Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Minimum 2:1 degree or appropriate relevant experience
