· Providing monthly sales commission calculations to the Commissions Manager.
· Distribution of commission statements to Account Managers and leaders.
· Fielding commission queries and amending commission calculations as appropriate.
· Analyse and review the quarterly base management listings, analysing the customer billing trends and reviewing account movements.
· Using Daisy systems, including Daisy Central, Sales force and XXXX to check and review closed won opportunities, liaising with sales and operations to ensure that deals are reported accurately.
· Revenue reporting for Crown Commercial Submissions.
· Work alongside business partners to ensure internal commission reports are constantly up to date with sale wins and losses.
· Support the management accounts and revenue assurance team in reviewing supplier invoices, analysing costs and ensuring correct accounting.
· Provide cover for commissions manager as required.
· Support financial controller with Crown Commercial annual audits
