Do you have a background in production for commercial environments? Experience with products that have single or three phase power supplies?

The business are rapidly expanding and this role spearhead all production and will have a big say in the business moving forward. You will be able to create and develop the department and implement ways of working as you see fit.
The growing R&D and product development teams include cloud and web engineers, embedded software engineers, electronics engineers, and product designers. Together they deliver technology to their internal operations team and to their partners who install them across the globe.

The Production Manager will ensure that the innovative energy monitoring and control devices are manufactured to the highest quality, meet international standards and are ready for delivery to customers on schedule.
You will be working closely with the development teams who are designing PCBs, electronics, embedded software, high-power electric systems, utilising both custom and off-the-shelf enclosures. The Production Manager will contribute to the design process so that products can be efficiently manufactured.
*Coordinate with production partners to ensure schedules are met.
*Work alongside R&D team and design partners to source components and materials that are cost effective and reliable.
*Manage production issues in response to component substitutions and design changes.
*Manage relationships with a range of international partners to deliver both small test batches and high-volume production runs.
*Develop and own the whole process of product readiness, from a completed design to arrival at partner premises, ready-to-go complete with labelling and documentation.
*Develop and own the product QA procedure.
*Contribute to cost reduction and quality improvement of current and new products.
