Primary Objective of Role

Candidates sought to work within the Technical Services team as a Trainee Support Consultant working on our Technical Support desk. They will provide a level of support to our customer base responding to support tickets logged on our helpdesk system by customers.

The candidate will have an enthusiasm for IT and a desire to enhance their knowledge through a combination of on-the-job and documentation based learning. A basic knowledge of Oracle databases (18c and higher), Web Servers and Web based applications, Microsoft Windows Server and Unix operating systems ( Solaris and Linux ) would be ideal. Graduates with knowledge of technologies listed also encouraged to apply
