nmcn work in partnership and collaboration with our customers, to deliver major built environment and critical national infrastructure projects across the UK. Our specialist engineering and construction teams bring multi-sector innovation and technical skill - from building and highways, to large-scale water networks and treatment plants.
Our Telecoms business provides the management and delivery of national and regional network infrastructure to major communications providers. This includes installations, improvements, repairs and 24-hour emergency response networks to high speed fibre networks. We apply our expertise at each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery to our customers and clients.
An opportunity has arisen for a Virgin Media Contract Coordinator based in Huthwaite working within the nmcn telecoms division. Reporting into the Virgin Media Team Leader and working alongside the Virgin Media Validation Administrator.

What you'll be doing day to day

Process the incoming action items on Virgin Media's Force system once received from the validation team
Attend weekly meetings with Virgin Media to provide updates and reports on current performance
Continually update the nmcn WMS Etrack with all relevant order updates and statuses from start through to completion for all business works
Working with the operational team and Contract Schedulers you will manage all business orders to ensure that the confirm and SOW performances are achieved in line with contract requirements
Make sure that all attributes and statuses are correct on Force for all orders and that updates are continually provided within the 5 day SLA
Attend daily/weekly conference calls with Virgin Media to provide updates and reports on current performance
Assist with holiday cover for the Virgin Media Validation Administrator and Virgin Media Team Leader The experience we're looking for in a candidate

Development of strong team working relationships
Ensuring compliance to process and procedures
eTrack, Force and GMail operating experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
A positive and enthusiastic approach to workGood organisation skills
The ability to work well under pressure
