A growing business, based in Leicestershire, is looking for an IT Support Manager to ensure the provision of IT across all the company's sites - 2 in the UK and 1 in the United States.

The Role

As their IT Support Manager you'll provide bot managerial and technical guidance in the design and delivery of specification and implementation plans alongside the configuration, management and maintenance of hardware, networks, routers, firewalls, cloud base services/infrastructure, e-mail, backup systems, corporate software and telephone systems.

To succeed in this role of IT Support Manager you'll need to have experience of a similar management role within a complex IT support environment.

The Package
