You'll be working for International Timber in Falkirk. International Timber is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK.
To provide effective management of the aged debtor ledgers, working closely with the respective sale reps, offering support in new account applications, current risk analysis, resolving disputes, and meeting monthly cash targets.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required

Computer Systems Literate
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Ability to deal with a high volume of calls
PC Literate Experience of Microsoft Office package (Outlook / Access / Word / Excel predominantly)
Basic literacy and numeracy skillsDesirable
Previous experience in a credit control environmentKey Results Areas
You will be required to:
Continued management of sales Ledger, maintaining clean aged debt and meeting cash target
Responsible for monthly collection letter list, statements, letter 1 & 2.
Processing and opening new accounts
Processing / analysing credit limit increases
