Commercial Finance Partner - Media/Agency Experience
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
A leading B2B media, information and events business that specialises in the Accounting, HR, Training and Customer Experience markets.
Over the last 3-years, the business has seen strong growth and the Company are now looking for someone to support them with their strategic financial management, lead a small excellent team and become a business partner to Divisional MDs.
This is an exciting, hands-on role, with plenty of opportunity for personal growth and reward. You'll be part of the senior management team and lead on the financial output and interpretation at board level.
This position would ideally suit a talented Financial Controller, looking to take the next step in their career. The Company is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who likes to get stuck into the data and wants to join a growing, successful, and diverse team.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Qualified member of an accountancy body (or equivalent) with at least 3-years' experience
Experience in a media and/or agency business is essential
Commercially astute, technically strong and an insightful and influential leader
Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance
Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies
Excellent leadership qualities
Energetic, highly motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
An understanding of Xero, Fathom and Float would be an advantage
