Managing Client Relationships in a Complex B2B Environment

London, Manchester or Basingstoke

£30,000 + Bens

Our client is an international IT consultancy delivering services to a wide range of organisations from global enterprises to Government departments. They have a well-earned reputation for their technology leadership and the capabilities of their consultants. As part of their continued expansion they now wish to hire a Client Relationship Manager.

The Client Relationship Manager will:

* Act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring excellent communication between them and our client

* Work with Account Directors and technical teams to ensure that work is scheduled and delivered effectively and on time

* Act as the voice of the client with internal stakeholders

* Help to develop the account strategy with named accounts

* Plan and schedule project work in line with customer expectations

* Report on project progress both externally and internally

The successful candidate will:

* Have previous experience in a B2B client-facing role possibly in customer service, customer success, project coordination or service delivery

* Be innovative and creative, willing to challenge the status quo and to suggest new ways of working

* Have strong written and verbal communication skills

* Have good project coordination skills

* Be a problem solver and plate spinner

* Technical knowledge is not required
