Account Manager - Leeds

We are searching for an Account Manager to use their enthusiasm, knowledge, and skills to manage and support a great team of employees across a multi-site portfolio in the Leeds area. As Account Manager - Leeds you will be responsible for:

Managing and coaching local service teams
Follow HR policy and processes
Providing training to local service teams
Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
Monitoring and checking attendance and timekeeping of employees
Liaising with clients with quarterly updates

As Account Manager - Leeds you will have the following expertise and attributes:

Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
People management experience of diverse teams across multi-site
Passionate, flexible, trustworthy and innovative.
Ability to multitask with a methodical approach and ability to work under pressure
Experienced in auditing and providing exceptional customer service
Competent IT skills including Microsoft packages
