Location: Home working & In the office on an Adhoc basis.

Salary £24000 + £6k bonus (£30k OTE)

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in Portsmouth. Due to growth plans for 2021 our client is now looking to recruit a Client Account Manager to join the business.

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients with all round enquiries from point of contact through to delivery and anything in between. This will be for both new and existing customers, working closely with the project management team, you are responsible for the end-to-end customer journey for strong performers, the role provides a career path towards supervisory or project-related opportunities and qualifications.

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Be the first point of call for customers, dealing with their transaction requests.
Support customers with their billing and account queries. Making any changes to their accounts.
Take ownership of sales targets and identifying sales opportunities.
Using the CRM to keep a log of all activity.
Keeping customers up to date with network infrastructure updates and planned maintenance.
Support with contractual paperwork.
Make suggestions on how to improve work processes and systems.
Manage a monthly sales target based on up-selling and cross selling.
Sell to existing customers to grow revenue.
Liaise with Quality Assurance to ensure sales verification is compliant.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage any risks and find a solution, escalating where relevant.
Responding to customers enquiries with professionalism
Processing customers' requests using the internal system.
Liaising with the customer to keep them updated m manage expectations and infirm of any issues / delays should they arise.
Challenging updates and raising escalations
Always provide an excellent customer service.
The ideal Client Account Manager will have/be:

Able to manage and prioritise time and workloads.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to develop good sales and account management skills.
Excellent communicator and able to deal with people at varying levels of the business.
Take ownership of issues and resolve them efficiently.
Proven track record in business-to-business sales.
Proven track record in Account Management.
Ability to self-motivate.
Proven record of delivering against targets.
Knowledge of business telecoms.
