Start Date: January 2022

Do you have the energy and drive to lead our staff and children to even greater heights? Are you looking to develop your career in a highly rewarding co-headship?

We are looking for that special person who wants a different headship experience. A unique position has arisen for a Co-Head who is a highly motivated leader with a strong vision to drive improvements, to work in parity with the current Headteacher for 2.5 days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with impressive achievements at a senior level in school such as Deputy Head, who is ready for that next step to headship to work alongside an experienced head as a co-head of our one-form entry primary school. Alternatively, this could be perfect for a successful Headteacher looking to achieve a far better work-life balance.

The full time position would consist of taking responsibility for the school as Co-Head for two days, a teaching commitment of 2 days and the other day to consist of joint leadership activities/ liaison, monitoring and assessment. There can be an element of flexibility within the teaching commitment.
