Who we are:

We are an OEM manufacturer of air compressor condensate separators, with a unique selling point.

Since incorporation in 1998 we have continually developed our products to become one of the largest OEM filter manufactures in Europe. Our extensive range of oil & water condensate separators and replacement filter kits have been steadily improved and refined by our in-house Research and Development Facility to ensure that we are market leaders in filtration.

The Role:

The Field Business Development Manager role will focus on developing NEW profitable business with OEM’s, bringing new distributors on board and setting up distribution networks into areas of Europe, Russia, The Middle East and Asia.

To be considered for the position of Business Development Manager you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of selling air compressors, air compressor parts and associated ancillary services to OEM and distribution networks. Ideally have experience in all aspects of air compressor condensate management including a knowledge of condensate separation.

You must possess excellent presentation and communications skills, a good personality with the drive to succeed. You will be required to drive new business sales and make things happen, leaving your mark on the business.

The successful candidate will receive a good basic salary, performance related bonus and all the tools necessary for the role. Pension and healthcare will be provided after a qualifying period.
