We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, energetic, and ambitious Festival Sales Executive to join the team. Now adding two new events to the portfolio we are looking for someone that has a vibrant gift of the gab and a passion for success. Have a good network with promo brands, societies, or Unis? Even better!

Role Info:

Festival Sales Executive
Basic salary £18,000 OTE £26,000 to £32,000 Expected first year earnings to hit £26,000 through additional commission (paid monthly) Huge UNCAPPED commission incentives
Ealing/Part Remote – 4 days in the office, and 1 day WFH
Located in a brand-new purpose-built warehouse in Ealing complete with roof terrace, multi levelled office spaces and a ball pit
Plus an office dog!
Plus travel and event/stage management on site at their multiple 4-night events in Amsterdam!

The Festival / Event Sales Executive role:

You will be joining the festival team to promote the brand and secure partnerships with university societies, ticket ambassadors and promoters. You will then work alongside the partnerships to close sales, negotiate sales terms, train, mentor and motivate sales reps and most importantly – hit sales quotas utilising your interpersonal, networking and communicative skills.

What we are looking for:

+ Graduate (Ideally with a 2:1)
+ Minimum of 1 year’s sales and customer service experience.
+ Ideally a background in Brand Sponsorship, Sales, Event partnerships, Event Brand, Events or Ticket sales although this is not essential, we’d love to hear from candidates with the personality and drive to succeed.

About you:

+ You’ll have the ‘gift of the gab’ be confident and persuasive.
+ You’ll be motivated and driven.
+ Very proactive and target driven.
+ You’ll possess a strong knowledge of social media platforms.
+ Have the ability to absorb information quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ A keen interest in the music and events industry is a must!
+ Even better if you have a network of students/societies/event goers or are involved with your society at Uni, or have set up a DJ brand etc.

What We Offer in Return:

+ Basic salary £18,000 OTE £26,000 to £32,000 Expected first year earnings to hit £26,000 through additional commission (paid monthly) Huge UNCAPPED commission incentives.
