Cooperate closely with sales team and local dealers to plan the retail marketing strategy, responsible for achieving sell-out targets, through establishing and building long-term relationship with trade customers based on good account management, mutual trust and integrity.
Develop new Mi store or Mi zone to increase marketing coverage.
Help to develop in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Xiaomi brand and its products.
Manage the stores POSM and training promoters.
Planning new product launch GTM plan and execute at store level.
Planning effective promotions for increasing sell out.
Manage and optimize trade budget/funds to drive business growth in key accounts, to ensure good return on investment.
Maintain and develop commercial cooperation with trade customers and operators (CPW, Dixons, John Lewis, etc.)
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant majors.
Rich experience at Retail Marketing of Smartphone, use management tool to manage Retail Marketing performance.
Have strategic and analytical thinking on Retail Marketing for improving sales volume.
Innovative, well understanding on consumer interactive experience in different events.
Great communication skills. Excellent coordination ability. Fluent in both oral and written in English.
More than 3 years' work experience on mobile phone industry or FMCG, overseas experience is preferred.
Vast experience in business with Chain-Retailers, Operator stores, distributors and dealers.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
