CHARGE NURSE

Band 7: £40,872 to £47,846

37.5 hours per week - Full Time, Permanent

The RNI Community Ward is a 12 bedded unit providing multi-disciplinary working to support and rehabilitation to people with complex needs in Inverness.

The post holder manages and leads a dedicated team of Nurses on the Ward. They will also be expected to provide leadership to Senior Nurses in the ITR based in the RNI.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commitment to high quality and safe delivery of care. Managing in many challenging situations on the Ward. They will be a key part of ensuring services in Inverness are used most effectively.

Strong experience of working in a ward environment and people management will be required. Knowledge of Community Services and an ability to work collaboratively will be an advantage.
