Risk and Compliance Lead



Home working with travel across Scotland



Full Time - 37 hours per week



Salary: £ 34,623 - £ 39,969 (pay review in process)

This role reports to the Chief Executive and is instrumental in realising our quality aspirations, identifying and managing risks as well as embedding performance management systems and taking on Data Protection Officer responsibilities. You will use your coaching approach to play a key role in working with colleagues and the Board on all aspects of compliance and risk management.

We are looking for candidates with:

· Expertise in quality assurance systems and frameworks

· Knowledge of risk management strategies and best practice

· Knowledge of Data Protection and Freedom of Information requirements/legislation

· Experience of setting and monitoring key performance management indicators
