£70k - £80k basic + benefits

The Opportunity:

Founded over 10 years ago, one of the most well recognised and respected companies in the sector, this business has gone global very quickly. Completely disrupting the market within their sector, as an extremely fast-paced & forward-thinking company. Excitingly they are on the cusp of launching a new marketplace product and that's where this role comes in.

The Role:

This Growth Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director and have the exciting task of managing full-funnel growth initiatives.

The main responsibilities include:
  • Formulating a Growth Strategy for this new marketplace app
  • Looking at full growth loops both Macro and Micro
  • Full visibility across Acquisition, Retention, Brand, Product, and Analytics
  • Building the KPI framework for their in-house agency function to drive performance against
  • Have the support of senior leaders within the marketing sector to help offer resources when planning

Skills Required:
  • A proven track record of working in a fast-paced app born business ideally
  • Must have performance marketing knowledge ideally across all paid media biddable channels - (Paid Social, PPC, Display, etc)
  • Ability to set holistic strategies and see-through from start to implementation
  • Growth mindset, likely following the Reforge Alumni
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
