Senior Front End UI/UX Developers £60K (minimum) to £80k plus stock options, plus bonuses

Job description


We are looking to recruit the very best UI/UX developers to work on the development of a ground breaking new technology stack which delivers Autodidactic Artificial Intelligence and includes three new ultra-high performance NoSQL, Graph and Timeseries database technologies. We expect you to have at least 2 years' experience although that won't be a restriction if you have demonstrable talent. You should however love what you do, be self-motivating, solution oriented, high energy, fast thinking and capable of rapidly developing high quality accurate and efficient code. With the ability to produce rapid prototype functionality you'll be proficient at driving your ideas forward to production. You will be joining a highly talented team which includes some of the World's best software talent. We will expect you to be a valuable and fully contributing member of our team. Our working hours are flexible, but we set aggressive timescales which we expect to meet.

Role and Responsibilities


You will be tasked with shaping and developing engaging user interfaces which allow customers to surface knowledge from within vast quantities of data.

Alongside product management you will create and showcase user journeys, storyboards and UI mock-ups.

Work as part of the wider development team to further realise your work as functional front-end code.

Work with existing code to assist with maintenance, troubleshooting and future development goals.

Ensure products meet accessibility, compatibility, and responsiveness requirements.

Required Skills & Experience


Minimum of 2 years ' experience designing interfaces for web applications.

Minimum of 2 years' experience writing and maintaining reusable/modular code in JavaScript/Node.js, HTML5, CSS/SASS and React framework (including Redux).

Experience with visualisation frameworks such as D3.js

Experience with API integration and OLTP principles.

Demonstrable proficiency in designing data driven interfaces.

Proficiency with Figma (or similar) and the ability to build fully functional mock-ups.

Experience using Jira/Confluence or similar.

Experience with Git version control.

Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard.

The ability to think on your feet in what is an extremely fast paced, yet rewarding, work environment.

The ability to manage workloads, prioritise, and participate across company and external meetings.



Experience with backend development languages including .Net

Experience of agile practices.

Demonstrable experience with other modern front-end frameworks such as Vue or Angular.

Familiarity with AWS and Windows operating systems.

Netgraph Intelligence Analytics Ltd is based on Pride Park in modern office accommodation with on-site parking. Our working hours are flexible but include a 40 hour week, although you will be expected to observe tight project deadlines. So, please don't apply if you are simply looking for a 9 to 5 job.
