As our Solutions Analyst, you will guide and lead the business in a significant revolution of operational digital transformation via the implementation of technology tools across the business (and our Client's where applicable). Working closely with the operations team, you will plan, execute and document new digital ways of working across the business to ensure a consistent approach that drives efficiencies and revenue opportunities.

Overall, we're looking for a Solutions Analyst who demonstrates a clear understanding of systems thinking and how to apply this to solve/simplify business processes. Given the range of stakeholders you'll work with, you'll need to be a good relationship builder and an effective communicator, plus it goes without saying that you have a well developed skill set when it comes to overall IT/digital knowledge, analytical and project management abilities. Any experience in a marketing agency would be a bonus, but isn't essential.Role And ResponsibilitiesProcesses
You will be responsible for identifying and instituting new ways of working, processes and technologies that increase efficiencies and enable the collection and analysis of business and project performance dataTools
You will work with key members of the technology and IT teams to identify and deploy software solutions that support new ways of working
You will be the contact for the existing technology tools (OrganisePlus, ApprovePlus, AssetsPlus, and Float) as well as assisting in rolling out new ones.Planning and Deployment
You will identify and incorporate non-functional requirements, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, plus should be capable of support project management during the implementation and transitional periodsKPIs and Reporting
You will work directly with the members of the Technology Operations team to ensure that data is not siloed and can be leveraged and analysed across the whole business, generating timely insightsStakeholder Management
You will build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to ensure that the transition to new systems runs as smoothly as possibleBenefits
