Translation is the easy part and many other products do this well but our method is the only one that will help people to master all three.

The Opportunity

Our Users are at the heart of everything we do at Memrise and, while we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Head of CRM to help scale our revenue growth even further. You'll own our CRM strategy by developing and executing a comprehensive programme to increase our customer loyalty and retention metrics, using innovative and personalised CRM communications.

As a key member of the Commercial team, reporting to the CCO, you'll work to develop relationships with our existing prospects and customers as well as engaging with new ones. Creating and using our CRM database, you will build Memrise's brand equity and increase positive sentiment.

You will work collaboratively with the Head of Brand, Growth, as well as product managers to ensure consistency of message and brand across all channels.

You'll be leading our CRM function to deliver great campaigns and retention strategies as we go into an exciting new stage of the product.

This position is mostly based in London although we do have some flexibility around working location.

Requirements
  • 8+ years CRM or Performance Marketing related experience.
  • Proven track record in driving incremental business value through CRM
  • A very hands on attitude, ready to jump in and get your hands dirty
  • A strong technical CRM expertise (Coding in Liquid, understanding of webhooks, targeting content and knowledge of Braze eCRM are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from our data and set strategy.
