Are you a passionate about marketing and personal development? We're looking for someone to join our team with solid experience of management, sales funnels and marketing! You'll love everything around marketing and should be up to date with latest practices and methods of analysis and reporting. You'll be working in our team with digital strategy, planning development as well as implementation.

We are a small business creating online educational courses and events with well-known authors and public speakers in the UK and around the world. Responsibilities
  • Manage digital marketing team (Copywriter, Social Media Management, Media Buyer, Customer Service).
  • Manage page design and development of our website and sales funnels.
  • Create a strategic plan and execution of all digital marketing campaigns across, email, social media and paid advertising.
  • Manage, implement and development of email marketing campaign though ActiveCampaign.
  • Manage community content strategy and growth.
  • Overviewing quality assurance of all communication support and processes.
  • Data analysis and reports (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager).
  • Managing and setting up online streaming for events, management of a small film team.
  • Optimising digital content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and keeping a fresh strategy with current trends.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various workstreams.
  • Managing page design and development of our website with SEO in mind.
  • Setting and working with budgets and ROI reporting of effectiveness for all projects.


Requirements
  • Fluent English and French essential at a professional written and spoken level.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience implementing facebook & Google Ads strategy managing monthly budgets over £20k.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills as proof reading documents maybe required especially in English, you will need to approve and create copy for blogs and approve content for marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing automation preferably on ActiveCampaign (Lead Scoring, Automation map, Funnel Optimization).
  • Experience implementing and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience implementing facebook & google ads strategy.
  • Experience using Wordpress, Elementor and WooCommerce.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel Word essential.
  • Other related marketing duties.


Bonus points for
  • If you have basic graphic design & video editing.
  • If you are fluent in Spanish at written and spoken level.
  • Proficient with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK with full pre-settlement status.


Working hours

Working hours are usually 9am to 5pm and work at the events at weekends. Time off following weekend work will be given back and expenses for overseas work will be paid.

What to expect
  • You'll be part of a small team and will be expected to help out in other areas of the company when required.
  • You'll be working remotely and sometimes from our office in E3 2TB.


The position requires is a 5 day a week job working Monday to Friday.
