How can you change it up?CityFibre is growing all the time, and we have three newly created and exciting Network Engineering Manager opportunities, each with a key focus on either access, core or security. You'll be managing a team of engineers, driving the performance of your functional area, taking responsibility for budget and providing technical guidance to our teams when needed.
You'll have the chance to really put your own stamp on the role, using your skills and experience to lead and inspire a team, drive results and make an impact from day one.
What will you bring to the role?You'll be natural leader who already has some management experience, and the ability develop and coach a team with a broad skill set into a high performing function with a 'right first time' mentality.
Technical capability is equally as important, so you'll have a network engineering background in at least one of the following areas: Ethernet and GPON, MPLS and DWDM, Network Infrastructure Security or Network Automation and Test.
