DIRECTOR OF BOARDING/HEAD OF CO-CURRICULAR
A key pastoral role has emerged as Buckswood seeks to bolster our residential provision for our boarding students and our co-curricular provision for all students. Buckswood is a unique educational establishment, set in the beautiful countryside of East Sussex, close to the historic town of Hastings. This role will promote the development of students and have an impact on the strategic direction of pastoral care at the school for years to come. The role comes with accommodation on-site as part of the package.
We wish to appoint a well-qualified and inspiring individual for the Director of Boarding/Head of Co-Curricular role with responsibility to build on our existing success and record of achievement. The successful applicant will support and lead the residential staff in managing the operations of the boarding residences and lead the afternoon and weekend co-curricular programmes. An ability to deliver sports instruction and help with marketing is also desirable.

Salary from between £28,000 and £38,000 based upon experience. This is a 'live in' position so accommodation forms part of the package.
